Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2 days after payment is received. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
Cash On Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery is available for addresses within 4 km of Area Universiti Malaysia Kelantan(UMK) and Kolej Kediaman Sri Kemumin. Orders must be placed 1-2 days before the date you want it to be delivered.
When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive a message from us and get the product by the time that will be set.
Delivery Time Estimates
Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Here are general estimates:
Peninsular Malaysia: 2-3 days after order pickup (business days)
Sabah & Sarawak: 5-7 days after order pickup (business days)

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Into The Moon is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)
Damaged or Lost Items
Into The Moon is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
